"We've been using Arty's office for 20 years for all of our insurance needs. It has gone down hill slowly over the last 10 years. Apparently, they spend their time getting reviews rather than doing their job because the lack of attention to detail and customer service has gone from a 8 out of 10 in 2005 to a 2 out of 10 in 2025! Valarie left and she was the ONLY reason we stayed. She was competent and always provided excellent costumer service. We will be moving to another agent asap!"

"A current State Farm customer wanting to discuss the transfer of our relationship from an agent in Naples to be closer to home. Felt totally put down because my wife and I live in Palm Bay, guess not respectable enough since we don't live in Viera, truly a sad commentary on Community to a new resident of Florida. Client contact to check out possibility of appointment to just to meet a representative was to call me back..never bothered to reach out. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with a company that boasts almost a five-star rating and champions customer service excellence."

"Thank you for reaching out. As I understand it, you called our office wanting us to do a review of your policies before deciding which State Farm agency transfer to. My employee explained that, unfortunately, we do not have access to your policies since they are in another agency (privacy rules), but we would be more than happy to review your policies once they transfer in to our office - we do it all the time. But, the first step is to transfer your policies to whatever agency you want to review your coverages. Otherwise, we can’t advise you properly. The same rules apply for all State Farm agents. As far as your Palm Bay location goes…we have a very large portion of our customers and some employees located in Palm Bay, and we write insurance across the entire state of Florida. So sorry that you got the wrong impression of our agency. We actually get very high marks for our customer service."

"My wife and I were in a bind. Purchased a new home along with having three cars, all was costing us an arm and leg. But, We called State Farm for assistance, and Emily Ashford went above and beyond to get us in a good position. Securing both a better policy for our home (more coverage), and getting us a reduction on our auto premiums. Saving us more than $1k a year!!! Thank Emily. Insurance premiums have risen sharply over the past few years due to inflationary pressures, increased claim activity due to a substantial increase in Florida drivers and accidents, and significant increases due to rising claims from hurricanes, hail, and other weather-related activity. "Pretty big place, and they took care of me as soon I walked in. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my car insurance with them after 8 plus years because it went up 3 times in the last year and half. But thank you for all those years 👍"
